The following terms and conditions
apply to the dedicated server service:
Data Centre
Last Digital
has built a high quality Data Centre for the use of our
dedicated server customers. This allows us to offer
committed guarantees in terms of your server's internet
connectivity and uptime. Unlike many of our competitors,
Last Digital also has an onsite team of some of the best
programmers, designers and project managers in the
industry. This allows us to not only provide the most
powerful and flexible products but also offer the
highest class support possible.
Service Level Agreement
Last Digital makes certain commitments as to the
level of service that will be provided with your
dedicated server account. In the event that, for any
reason, Last Digital is not able to meet the terms
of the service level guarantee our liability shall
be limited to the total amount of fees prepaid by
the customer, excluding any setup fees paid.
Payment
If charges relating to bandwidth are outstanding for
a period greater than 5 working days, your service
will be suspended and furthermore, Last Digital will
refer the account to a debt collection agency and
inform credit reference agencies. This may seriously
affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
30 minute Hardware Reboot (24/7)
If your server stops responding and you would like
us to reboot it for you we promise to do this within
30 minutes, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
30 minute Technician (9am - 6pm Monday to Friday)
If your server suffers a hardware fault we promise
to have a technician working on it within 30 minutes
after you report it to us and to keep you regularly
updated as to the progress of your fault.
99% internet uptime
Last Digital has over 1 Gbps of internet
connectivity. This is provided by two companies,
UUnett and Cable & Wireless, reducing risk to you,
in the unlikely event that either should experience
network problems. And the two lines are routed
separately into the building for extra reliability.
Should our internet connectivity fail for more than
1% of the time in any calendar month, we will refund
the one day service for every hour that internet
connectivity has been unavailable over and above 1%
of time for that month up to a maximum of your
monthly service fee. In the unlikely event that you
wish to make a claim under this guarantee please
contact us via our website.
Price Freeze with no minimum commitment
Last Digital will never raise the price of your
server, even if the price increases for new
customers.
Bandwidth contention
We guarantee to maintain a 1:1 contention ratio on
bandwidth. We have the capacity to increase
available internet bandwidth instantly, on demand.

our services you agree to be bound by all Last Digital
terms and conditions.
