No. Everybody can apply to become Last Digital agent. We offer this program to all individuals, businesses or group of associates who are interested in selling our products and services to their own clients or those who are interested to become a Internet service provider.
There will be an administration fee of £100 payable annually. However till the end of 2005, you will get 50 % discount on it.

What are the procedures which I need to follow in order to introduce customers to Last Digital to buy the products?
Under this agent programme, the agent will get the same website as Lastdigital.com, which means that, every time agent's customers place an order, it will automatically be received and processed by last Digital.
Once on board, Last Digital agent will have his/hers branded website to transact with their own customers. Agent's web address will be his/hers chosen domain name.

Yes, we will. Agent will be able to sell all the products and services through your own branded website.
As an agent you will have Last Digital handle all the administrative work such as branded website to process client orders, invoicing and technical support.

How can I create, maintain or manage the customer's data? Is there any specific system or program which enables me to monitor customer's account?
Last Digital will provide its agent control panel with all the tools to view and control data. They can do so by accessing to the customized control panel to choose their payment preferences, list of the orders, view paid invoices and total reward gained.

Do I need to download any specific software in order to have agent programme account or website?
The answer is NO. There will be no need to download any software in order to have agent program account or website. You just need to access to web based agent control panel.

How do I receive commissions/credit for my customer's orders?
Commissions generated and paid, will be shown on agents account and they will be able to receive their commission either by cheque or PayPal

Will commissions be paid monthly or weekly?
Commission will be processed at the end of each month. Agents have to
choose the preferred way to receive the commissions.
Commission will be credited to agent's account at the end of each month; however Last Digital has to receive the full payment for the agent's purchases, in order to setup register the domain names and the activate the hosting packages ordered.

What will be my commission percentage on my sales?
You will get commission on all the products which you sell. There is no limit on how much you sell. The more you sell the more commissions you will receive.

How can I see my progression as an Agent?
Agents can see their progression through Agent menu in Control Panel. They can find everything from here including overall commission paid, number of order being placed, number of packages they have ordered and many more. They can also find the customer's contact information, what packages and services they have purchased and the payment method they have chosen.

Will I get notification once the Agent page has been set up?
Once your account has been set up, our Agent Representatives will contact you for notification. You will also get confirmation email from us regarding this matter.

Can I terminate my agency arrangement? What are the termination procedures?
Yes, you can, however you will not receive any part administration fee back. Please read our Agent Agreement to have more information.
